This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes how Investment Horizon collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website (the "Site") or use our services.
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, contact support, or subscribe to a package.
Account creation is handled through Auth0. You provide an email address and password, or you sign in with a Google account, in which case we receive your name and email address from Google rather than a password.
If you subscribe to Pro, billing is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active and basic billing status, but we do not collect, see, or store your card number or other payment card details; those are sent directly to Stripe.
If you contact support, we collect whatever you send us, typically your email address and the content of your message.
For a signed-in account, we also store the data you generate by using the Site's features (searches, watchlist tickers, saved screens, chart drawings, saved settings and preferences, etc.) so that it persists between visits.
Any financial or investment-related data you input or that we generate for you is processed solely to provide the Site's data and analytics features. It is not used to provide personalized investment advice, and we do not verify its accuracy against your actual holdings or circumstances.
[object Object]
We rely on established, independently audited providers to handle the most sensitive parts of your data rather than building that infrastructure ourselves. Account sign-in is handled by Auth0; we do not see your password in plain text. Billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor; your card details are sent directly to Stripe, and we do not receive, process, or store them. Traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit.
Free accounts see advertising, served by Google AdSense and its network of advertising partners. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can view or opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or, if you're in the United States, through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow it) that enable the site or service provider's systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep you signed in, serve and measure advertising (see "Advertising" above), and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the Site, currently Auth0 for authentication and Stripe for billing, and with advertising partners as described in "Advertising" above, and only to the extent needed for those services. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
You have the right to request access to the data we store about you and the right to either rectify or erase it. You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your data, the right to object to it, and the right to the portability of your data. To the extent that you provided consent to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal. We require only the information that is reasonably required to provide the Site's services to you, and will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of using them. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support page.
We may revise this policy from time-to-time. The revised privacy policy will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised policy on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, the practices of this site, or your dealings with this site, please contact us through support.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 23 August 2026.
